Terms & Payment Agreement

This agreement outlines the basic terms for Dealer Insider Auto / Close Your Deal review and negotiation assistance.

Dealer Insider Auto reviews your vehicle deal information and may communicate with the dealership or advise you on deal structure to help improve your purchase terms.

A $200 initial review fee is required before Dealer Insider Auto begins reviewing your submitted deal information. A secure payment link will be sent directly to the customer.

If Dealer Insider Auto closes the deal with more than $1,500 in savings, the customer agrees to pay the remaining $600 balance, for an $800 total service fee.

The customer remains responsible for reviewing and signing all dealership paperwork, loan documents, payment terms, taxes, fees, warranties, add-ons, and final purchase documents before completing any transaction.

I have read and acknowledge the Terms & Payment Agreement, including the $200 initial review fee and the $600 balance due only if Dealer Insider Auto closes the deal with more than $1,500 in savings.
